A Cotton Candy Kitchen

This may truly be one of the most unique spaces in existence. The owners of Simple Sugar, a cotton candy company located in Bismarck, needed to build a commercial kitchen in order to start selling their food wholesale. However, both owners work fulltime jobs during the day, so they needed to spin their cotton candy at night while watching their kids. They came up with the idea to build a commercial kitchen inside a residential home. With the help of Rudnick Construction, their idea became a reality, resulting in what very well may be the world’s only cotton candy kitchen located within a personal home.
